What if scope changes mid-project?

We re-scope, re-price, re-agree. No change orders, no surprise invoices.

What does 'shared upside' look like?

Sometimes equity, sometimes revenue share, sometimes a milestone bonus. Always optional, never required.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, mutual, before the diagnostic.
